Getting to Know the Power of the Mass better for Young Adults:

A series of five sessions for young adults aged 18 – 35 yrs will begin in CDYS Mallow Community Youth centre on 7th March 2017.
Time:

First Session: Tuesday Mar 7th 7.30pm – 9pm
Second Session: Tuesday Mar 14th 7.30pm – 9pm (note the forthnight gap between Wk 2 and Wk 3)
Third Session: Tuesday Mar 28th 7.30pm – 9pm
Fourth Session: Tuesday Apr 4th 7.30pm – 9pm
Fifth Session: Tuesday Apr 11th 7.30pm – 9pm

The series will focus on explaining the Mass and its relevance in the lives of people in the 21st century. Life can be very hectic for everyone today. God needs us to take the time every week at Mass to step back from our busy lives so that we can truly encounter him. It helps if we understand what is happening at Mass and why it is so important. There is so much more to the Mass than meets the eye.The goal of this Mallow parish initiative is not to fill people’s heads with information but to pierce their hearts with transformation and get them to appreciate the beauty and mystery of the Mass. I encourage young adults from the north Cork area to consider attending this initiative which will run during Lent 2017. Please pray that this initiative will be a time of growth and enrichment for its participants.
