The following should be noted by the faithful: Weddings are not celebrated in the Diocese of Cloyne on Sundays and Holy Days because priests’ primary commitment on those days is the celebration of the Liturgy. Christmas Day, Ash Wednesday, Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Saturday are also excluded.
